Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Due to the recent increase in fuel prices we have had to temporarily adjust our Local Delivery cost, for orders over $100 delivery will be $3 and for orders under $100 delivery will be $8.  We hope we can revert to previous cost soon.

Deliveries are made from 1pm on Tuesday and Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

The order cut off time for delivery days is 10am.

Please let us know in comments with your order if you have somewhere you would like us to place your items.

If you order frozen and/or refrigerated products and are not going to be home we recommend to have a cooler for us to place these items for you.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Nerang store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days though we normally have it ready same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are;

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

8:30am – 4:00pm Sat

9:00am – 1:00pm Sun

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We unfortunately do not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@uncletomspps.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our preferred courier cannot deliver to Po Boxes.  If you require your order to be shipped to a Po Box then please choose Australia Post.  Bear in mind this can affect cost and the ability to send heavy and bulky items.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

This will apply to incorrect sized: Collars, Harnesses & Dog Coats. Please call us if you have sizing questions.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@uncletomspps.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
